Strategic Planning in 4 hours!
Many volunteer Board members are not able to commit to ‘weekend retreats’ or multi-session planning formats, even if its only every 3-5 years.
I will take your NGO through a series of individual activities that will lead up to one 4-hour group planning session. At the end, you will walk away with a comprehensive draft of your strategic plan.
Timelines and assignment of duties are completed in follow-up meetings with staff or committee members.
